HOW TO SUBMIT A LOAN TO PLATINUM MORTGAGE, INC.

  1. Create a folder in BlitzDocs. Instructions on how to get set up and create folders link below.
  2. Complete the list of forms below.
    1. Loan Submission Form
    2. Correct and signed 1003 and LE
    3. Signed 4506Ts for each borrower (dated within last 45 days)
    4. True and Correct Cert/Letter or Transfer
    5. LE Counseling Acknowledgement
    6. Borrower/Broker Cert of Intent to Proceed
    7. Appraisal Valuation Timing Waiver
  3. DU or LP must be finalized to Platinum or 1003 must be imported into the website on streamline refinances, USDA & VA IRRLS.
  4. Submit full tri-merge credit report (including Risk Based Pricing Disclosure).
  5. Submit color appraisal, if required.
  6. Once documents are uploaded and 1003 imported or finalized, make sure you click on “Initial Submission” in the BlitzDocs menu.
  7. Income Docs if applicable.
  8. Signed Borrower's Authorization form.
